QUALITY & COMPLIANCE
Code of Ethics
The principles and standards guiding ethical conduct
across the Academy community.
The State Academy of Fine Arts is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in all academic, creative, and administrative activities. This Code of Ethics establishes principles that guide the conduct of all members of the Academy community — students, faculty, staff, and partners.
All members of the Academy are expected to pursue truth, honesty, and fairness in scholarship, teaching, and artistic practice. Plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, and other forms of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.
The Academy is committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or any behavior that undermines the dignity of individuals is unacceptable.
Faculty, staff, and administrators must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with institutional responsibilities. Potential conflicts must be disclosed promptly and managed transparently.
Institutional resources — including facilities, funding, equipment, and intellectual property — must be used responsibly and exclusively for legitimate academic and professional purposes.
Violations of this Code may be reported through designated channels. The Academy ensures confidentiality and protection against retaliation for good-faith reporters.
